Great®Fenster - Pure Design & Sustainability
Great®Fenster: Salamander's most sustainable profile system
With Greta®Fenster, Salamander combines decades of experience in profile development with timeless elegance as well as resource-saving processing. Production is maximally sustainable: the PVC used is 100% recycled and, in combination with the specially designed system modules, has the best insulation values at passive house level.
Style is for those who show character: Greta®Fenster do without perfect smoothing
A brief digression: recycled PVC cannot be processed into a completely smooth surface using current production methods. Recycled material has therefore so far only been used in the profile core.
It is precisely this unique texture of the recycled material that Salamander wants to make visible. The family-run profile manufacturer is thus fully in line with the trend in modern architecture. The imperfection of the surface makes each Greta®Fenster a personal one-off - a design element with a concrete look. With Greta®Fenster, Salamander offers a modern profile that, thanks to its innovative formulation, becomes a haptically tangible component of the living environment.
Greta®Fenster on our Systems
Salamander Window & Door Systems offers Greta®Fenster on the multi-compatible greenEvolution system in the free and flex / A variants as well as on the bluEvolution system. Especially in the greenEvolution variant free, Greta®Fenster convinces with its slim design.
Greta®Fenster - A material for the sake of people and the environment
Responsible use of raw materials and energy with a view to the future is an essential task for Salamander: in addition to completely dispensing with wood, a raw material that grows slowly, and using recycled PVC - a material that can be completely recycled up to seven times with energy-saving processing - Salamander uses 100% sustainable energy sources for its production, such as the two in-house hydroelectric power plants and photovoltaic systems.
