The result is a further improvement of the thermal and acoustical characteristics, with a Uw-value of up to 0.71 W/(m2K) and a sound insulation value of up to 47 dB. The integrated flat threshold with a height of only 20 mm enables comfortable passage over the threshold area.
The 82 mm series presented at the trade show is completed with the elegant entrance door with grey base body which combines optimal thermal insulation characteristics achieved with the intelligent profile design with two gasket levels and ideal technical characteristics, and the large-format glazing rebate accommodates panel thicknesses of up to 52 mm. With the large-format steel reinforcements, the entrance door offers permanent stability and functional security with burglar resistance up to RC 3. A special sash profile was developed internally for sash-overlapping entrance door panels.
