"myWindow_Experience" - The Salamander experience concept goes around the world
Following the launch of the "myWindow_Experience" showroom at its headquarters in Türkheim in summer 2021, Salamander Window & Door Systems is expanding its Experience Centres internationally. In São Paulo (Brazil), Salamander is now opening doors and windows to the world and revealing a new perspective to customers worldwide: the window of tomorrow as a tangible, desirable and sustainable design product.
In the new "myWindow_World", São Paulo, visitors are encouraged to explore with all their senses on around 270 square metres. On three floors, Salamander offers a look behind the scenes of the latest innovations: here you can touch, test and, thanks to the so-called C3 principle, learn how essential location, climate zones, house construction eras, other individual house characteristics and, last but not least, taste are when choosing the right window.
The underlying idea of creating places for the direct and personal experience of windows underpins the idea that the customer and their view of the window are always the focus at Salamander. "We would like to invite our customers, such as window manufacturers and dealers, architects and planners, to visit our newly inaugurated Experience Centre. Here you can experience with all your senses the possibilities that arise when the window is recognised as a link between façade and interior design," emphasise the two co-CEOs Götz and Till Schmiedeknecht enthusiastically.
With "myWindow_Experience", Salamander Window & Door Systems is breaking new ground and creating places where innovations, product worlds and the underlying visions can be experienced. This is an important step in the course of the myWindow strategy, which focuses on end customers and their needs in order to create individualised, desirable and sustainable design products for them.
